WHAT THEY SAY: Festive Afternoon Tea.
WHAT THEY SERVE: A selection of sandwiches (cheese and spring onion, Black Mountain smoked salmon, free-range egg mayonnaise with cress, Usk Vale turkey breast, stuffing and cranberry sauce), warm savoury pastries including Devils on horseback (prunes and bacon), honey-glazed cocktail sausages with sesame seeds, ham and cheese quiche, cheese scones with smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill and red pepper mousse choux buns. Cakes include Christmas cake, Angel stollen, banoffee tartlets, raspberry towers, mince pies, profiterole with brandy cream, choc roulade with Griottines cherries and custard slice alongside a freshly-baked scone with a choice of butter, jam and cream.
There’s also an extensive list of more than 30 loose leaf teas and infusions with the current selection celebrating the Festive Season with teas such as Christmas Tea, Jun Chiyabari, Mist Valley and even a chocolate tea.
PRICE: Festive High Tea is £26.80 and Festive Afternoon Tea is £21.80.
