For groups of 10 to 30 guests, in the Cellar or Brecon Room,
both rooms will feature beautiful bespoke hand-made decorations.

This decadent seven-course menu features the finest produce and our in-house sommeliers have paired each course with a specially chosen wine from our award-winning wine list (at an additional charge, for the whole table only).

Angel fizz and canapés
Twice baked porcini mushroom and truffle soufflé
Yellowtail carpaccio, tempura squid, jalapeño dressing
Char-grilled fillet of beef, short rib and duck liver bon bon,
mashed potato, parsnip purée, baby carrots,
winter greens and Madeira jus
Lemon sherbet
Baked chocolate fondant, salted caramel ice cream
